By accessing, browsing, submitting a form, booking a call, or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Sorakai AI.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Sorakai AI. If you use Sorakai AI on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date when submitting forms or booking appointments.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Sorakai AI. Prohibited conduct includes:
- • Sending unsolicited messages or spam
- • Violating TCPA, CTIA, carrier rules, or local laws
- • Using purchased lists without proper consent
- • Hacking, probing, or disrupting systems
- • Uploading malware or harmful code
- • Attempting unauthorized access
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SMS/voice and automation complies with applicable laws, including consent requirements.
6. SMS & Voice Terms
If you opt in through our website forms or booking forms, you may receive SMS or voice communications from Sorakai AI.
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and sales purposes. Transcription may be enabled for sales calls only and may vary by call type.
7. Intellectual Property
Sorakai AI and all related content, branding, software, and designs are owned by Sorakai or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the service except as permitted by law or with written authorization.
8. Billing & Payments
If Sorakai AI offers paid plans, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable and subscriptions renew according to the plan terms. We may change pricing with reasonable notice as required by law.
9. Disclaimers
Sorakai AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorakai AI and its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Sorakai AI in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid anything, whichever is greater (unless a different limitation is required by law).
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Sorakai AI at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using Sorakai AI at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.
